🌐 Summary

Health inequalities are avoidable, unfair and systematic differences in health between different groups of people. They can be caused by various factors, such as access to healthcare, environment, education, and ethnicity. By working alongside community services, NL PCN Health Inequalities aims to tackle health inequalities in their borough. The service is led by Dr. Camille Hirons as the health equity fellow.

Our care coordinators can also help tackle health inequalities, visit the đŸ‘ŧCare Coordinators page for more information.
